The first Strawberry this year, we got the from the farmer's market this morning,
they are so sweet and juicy,
We have to made some scone and cream to go with them...
it tastes spring,
Life is good sometimes ...

Swedish Pancake

Breakfast is almost my favor meal of the day. It is not always like that.
since I am old enough to decide what I need to eat everyday,
I have most of the time the bakery in the morning....
Croissant, toast, bread, something a bit sweet with a big bowl of coffee.

M made this Saturday morning, he is really good at it.
the edge is crispy, and the center is thin and elastic.
it is just like a crêpe, but of course M will insist that is
" Swedish Pancake"
